Uploaded image is just gray
QUESTION: When uploading photos form iOS device i.e. iPhone, iPad, The image is just solid gray. What causes this and how can I fix it? ANSWER: This happens on iOS devices most often when you choose "Take Photo" when uploading. It has been found that a workaround is to use the Camera app to take your pictures first. Then choose "Photo Library" or another location when uploading. Does anyone have any more insight into this issue?
