About those Images
The image type templates are a special animal. It is a trend these days for a email body to just be one big image that when clicked on, it takes the recipient to some website location. Lets face it, an image will give a consistent result across all those crazy email clients.

Our Image templates are simple. You have the hard part, to create a fantastic looking image to use. It's not anything new for savvy professionals to produce great looking marketing slicks, brochures, PDFs, etc. Many time these materials are in the form of an image. There are some things to consider when creating an image for use in an email:
  1. Image format should be .jpg, .jpeg, or .png
  2. Assume the maximum width that the image will be displayed in is 800px wide. That is the standard for email body width.
  3. The height of the image can be a lot but too much is too much. 1600px height is good number.
  4. Quality matters. Dots per inch (dpi) should be 600 or more.
  5. So, an image that is 800px wide, 1600px height, and 600dpi is good.
We probably don't have to say it but the image you use in ZappBlast must be professional and appropriate. We reserve the right to reject your ZappBlast if we don't think your image or its link location is acceptable.
