First and foremost, welcome to RealtyZapp. Here are some tips for getting started based on what you are wanting to do...

You may want to register if you have not already. As a registered user you can create and save multiple searches, get email notifications, and privately message agents and brokers.

Next, you can use the Find Properties page to search for just the right property.

Each property listing has a contact who listed the property. The contact is typically the owner of the property or an agent or broker. You can privately message the contact for more information or feel free to contact them directly via phone or email.

You can use the Agent Directory page to search for an agent or broker to assist you with your real estate needs.

First, go to the Post Your Property page on RealtyZapp.com and look over the subscription packages. 

Next, register yourself on RealtyZapp.com. Once registered you can then make your selection of a subscription package that fits your needs.

Once you have registered, we will send you an email with a link to verify your email address. Find that email and click on the link. Log in using your email address and password (email address, not your display name). 

Once you are registered then you can choose a subscription a package which will enable features like Agent Profile, and My Listings where you can post your properties.

As a owner/agent/broker you will want to fill out your profile information next. On the main menu dropdown, choose My Dashboard and then choose Profile. On the Profile page you can complete your information, add an avatar, photo and logo, set privacy preferences, etc.

Now you are ready to post your property or properties. Go to My Dashboard and choose My Listings. Here you can add properties one at a time or you can upload multiple properties using a spreadsheet template.

Depending on your subscription, you can then begin to use other features of RealtyZapp like Sharing, Embed codes, Email Blasts, and more.
