That is a great question, the answer being "it depends". You absolutely have full control over what email you get from RealtyZapp.com. You can unsubscribe and subscribe at will.

The RealtyZapp.com system can send different kinds of emails depending on what and how you use in the system. These emails can include:
  1. Newsletters
  2. Account information
  3. Search results
  4. Owner/Agent/Broker messages 
Most of the above types of email pertain only if you are a registered user or a subscriber. You can unsubscribe (opt-out) of any/all emails generated by the RealtyZapp system itself, including those sent on behalf of a subscriber i.e. owner, agent, broker. All emails generated by the RealtyZapp system have a unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. You can use this link to unsubscribe from all emails or selectively choose what/who to unsubscribe from. You can also re-subscribe using the link in bottom of any email you have received in the past.
