Dashboard

Dashboard shows you a snapshot of what's happening on RealtyZapp. Different widgets will be available on your dashboard depending on your subscription level.

Subscription

Shows you the current state of your RealtyZapp subscription.

For paid subscriptions, you see your most recent transaction and indication of when you subscription may expire (or has expired). If your paid subscription has expired, your subscription will fallback to a Registered User. You can renew your paid subscription and don't worry, all of your information will be intact.

EZ CRM Super Agent

The in the pipeline bar graph shows upcoming deals. A deal being a Contact with a $Value and a upcoming Close Date. The amount shown is actually the $Value*Percent% e.g. $10,000.00 * 75% = $7,500.00.

in the pipeline table shows upcoming deals. The who (name or email) is a link. Click on the link to go that Contact.

followup table shows Contacts that have a Followup date set. The date can be in past, present or future. Click on the  icon to clear the followup. The who is a link. Click on the link to go to that Contact.

tag cloud shows a tag cloud of your Contact's tags. If you select # the tag cloud looks at all of your Contacts. If you select $ then the tag cloud looks at your Contacts with a $Value. Click on a Tag to go Contacts filtered by that tag.

WOW Agent or higher

Shows you what's been going on with your listings, profile and email blasts.
  • View - shows how many times one of your listings has been viewed. This also includes views from sharing and embedding (if Super Agent).
  • Tag - shows how many times one of your listings has been tagged as hot.
  • Profile - shows how many times your profile page has been viewed. This also includes views from sharing and embedding.
  • Send - shows how many emails you have sent out using Blasts. See Blasts for more details. Super Agent only
  • Open - shows how many times someone opened on of your blast emails. See Blasts for more details. Super Agent only
  • Click - shows how many times someone clicked on a link in one of your blast emails. See Blasts for more details. Super Agent only
  • Bad - shows how many blast emails were not delivered. See Blasts for more details. Super Agent only

The WOW chart is very interactive...

  • sliders for both count (y) and date (x) axis to narrow the range
  • hover over the chart area to see a moving cursor, popups will appear and legend counts will reflect that date
  • click-drag in the chart area to zoom in on the date range
  • mouse wheel in the chart area to zoom in/out
  • hover over a label in the legend and its data will pop
  • click on a label in the legend to show/hide its data in the chart
For example, Blast email stats are sometimes large numbers compared to the other stats. If you hide the blast stats then the other stats will pop. Another idea is to play with the vertical slider to zoom to make the lesser values pop.
